Jimmer is a couple inches shorter, but he actually has a longer wingspan than Reddick and slightly shorter standing reach. They have almost identical vertical jumping skills. Jimmer actually has a very good lane agility score and is significantly stronger, putting up 8 more reps than Redick.

Overall Jimmer has slightly better measurables

They both are very good jump shooters, who both took and made a lot of 3s in college. Reddick has better defensive skills. Jimmer didn't play defense in college, which probably in reality set him back a bit in his overall development.

In the NBA, almost half of both guys shots come from 3. I think for people to say that their only comparison is that both where white guys is silly. There are similarities, but I think Jimmer is better at taking the ball to the hole and is better at creating shots for himself than Redick. Redick is the better defender and that is why he is able to more consistently get minutes in the NBA.
