The provider does not, but you may be able to recover them with some
software using a combination of the method I described above. Here is what I would do. Get a USB OTG cable and plug in a mouse. Use the mouse to enable USB Debugging in the system settings and then use one of the programs from the following article to recover the texts as described in the article:
