Atlanta won't be getting a soccer specific stadium anytime soon.
Arthur Blank is spending a billion or so on the new Falcons stadium and is planning to use it for his MLS team as well. I really highly doubt that Atlanta FC or whatever it is called ever has their own stadium.
Just like the Revolution will never have their own stadium as long as Robert Kraft owns the team and the Patriots both.
