Spend the better part of a day in La'ie. Tour the campus, temple and then spend the day at the PCC. Like the poster above me said, find a friend to get a discount. You can either do the whole day for free or $100+ a person or something outrageous.
The PCC, like the rest of La'ie, is. Special place. When the church opened it 50 years ago they received a ton of criticism - no one thought that a little village next to a church college would be enough to draw people away from Honolulu and Waikiki. Now it's the most popular tourist attraction in Hawaii. And it supports a huge portion of the students educational experience.
