I'm on a panel to interview my future boss
Any advice?
It's our interim manager interviewing to take the job permanently. She's been a disaster so far. I'm wondering how tough to be. How critical should I be in the interview portion or should I save my criticism for the post-interview discussion? Also on the panel are 2 other colleagues and our area manager (boss's boss).
