I would expect that it would happen even more in that industry
people want to hire guys they trust and know well. It is the reason Phil Jackson is looking at Steve Kerr, it was the reason Jerry Sloan was hired to succeed Frank Layden, it was the reason Bronco was hired, Kyle was hired, etc
