and final games and that is from the CFP TV contarct. That would be added onto the bowl payouts. So the Participants in the Rose and Sugar will get $29.5M and for the other four bowls, $27.5M.

The Rose has an agreement with the BIG and the PAC-12 that pays each conference an additional $40M/yr but because it is a semi-final bowl this year, that amount is put in the general CFP pool.
