That's one way of looking at it. The other is that they just lost a ton of
the NFL the last couple of years. They have had a nice run the last few years on the strength of those NFL-quality players (plus some great coaching).
The key question is whether or not they still have several NFL caliber players on their roster. If they do then we should expect them to be good again. If not then they will fall back. One thing we know for sure is that they will be very inexperienced. This could easily be a rebuilding year for them.
