Obviously you will have to replace the damaged drywall ceiling
The baseboard floors will not be damaged by the water. Those boards get rained and snowed on when a house is being built. If you want to be extra cautious, rent an industrial de-humidifier stick it in that laundry room for 2 days with the door shut and that thing will suck all of the moisture out of everything. Hire a handy man to put up new drywall on the ceiling and you are good to go.
