It's simple: we'd be happy to rejoin the MWC - if we can keep our ESPN contract.

It's not so much a matter of pride as it is the benefits of our TV deal. If we can keep it, we'll come back. If not, then no way, no how - just like we told the old Big East a couple of years ago.

The MWC commish and members wouldn't stand up for our TV rights before 2011, so why would they do it now?
