Jr. high and high school are not the NFL. Offseason reps are needed for the
defense to learn how to hit, and for the offense to learn how to anticipate/minimize hits. Learning how to play the right way minimizes injuries. Otherwise, it's like asking the band to only perform a full number at their performances, or eliminating dress rehearsals for school plays.
