Agreed that after 3 terrible games to start the season that THill improved significantly. But his Passer Efficiency Rating against Wisconsin, ND and Washington at the end of the season were substandard at 100, 100, and 101. Hill played great against USU, Boise St., and Houston with PER of 150 or more. But, against the P5 teams, he really struggled with 6 games with a PER of 101 or less and only one game, against GA Tech, that was over 101, at 150. It was a Dr. Jeykl and Mr. Hyde season for THill where he was rather good against NON P5 opponents but against P5 opponents, but for the Ga Tech game, he was as bad throwing the ball as Jake Heaps.
