That Wyoming episode [probably] forever soured me on him. That was a major fail in every way possible, and I believe a true indicator of his insecure, 'little man compensating', condescending personality.

Also, the way he goes so over the top in throwing 'pac 12' in to every interview even when not relevant to the discussion just reinforces this. Sure, being in the pac 10.2 was great for their program, but don't freaking act so insecure about it -- the more times you drop the pac 12 references, the more it shows me that deep down he doesn't really believe they deserve to be part of that club.

Another indicator of his insecure personality is the way he's handled his staffing decisions.

Having said that, no man is ever beyond any hope of redemption, so one day, who knows?
