With Urban you knew the TDS bit and other antics were mostly schtick. While it got under our skin at the time, he was really just an Ohio guy mimicking Michigan/OSU rivalry stuff and trying to create a football tradition where there was none. He was first and foremost just about taking advantage of a stepping stone. Different story with Whitt, who is a total turncoat. Also, something about Whitt screams "punch me in the face." Finally, Whitt is all in all a good coach, but Urban likely will go down as one of the all time greats.
