It will be Jake Toolsen
I am operating under the assumption that BYU can have 15 players on the roster suit up for games. Of the 16 or so kids that are eligible to play this year I think RS'ing Jake makes the most sense.

On the perimeter BYU has Collinsworth, Haws, Winder, Fischer, Chatman, Bartley and Halford. I think when the dust settles Collinsworth, Haws and Winder will start. Bartley will play off the bench at both PG and the wing, Fischer will play a lot off the bench at wing and I think Chatman will play at the wing off the bench and potentially as the 3rd string PG. Halford is the emergency valve. I think that Toolsen is going to be really good in the future, but I just don't see much minutes for him this year. Having Fischer, Bartley and Chatman off the bench is going to be some really quality reserves for BYU and some quality depth - far better than BYU normally has. It makes sense to preserve Toolsen's eligibility for the future and not waste it on a year where barring injury his minutes will be limited in the first half of the year and once we get to conference play he will not get off the bench unless it is a huge blowout.
