And I think it might be a mistake. Rose has a shooter's mentality, and always recruits that position fairly aggressively. With Fischer, Haws, Chatman, Nixon, Neilson, Halford, etc... he's got enough shooters. He desperately needs post play. But he'll keep Toolson, because he shoots too well not to.
