Among the newcomers inside rumblings are the Aytes will be in the rotation and Rose needs to find one more between Nielsen, Nixon, Andrus and now Kafusi. I like the odds of that happening. On the wing, I am already very excited about KC, Winder and Haws starting on the wing, with backups in Chatman, Fischer and Toolson. Frankly, I think Skyler Halford is going to be relegated to practice and mop up action this year. Much the same for Josh Sharp inside. If a couple of the young guys catch onto the rotations at both ends of the floor, then those two seniors may not see the floor any more than last year's walk-ons of Johnson and Pingree.

It will be tough to unseat a very good Gonzaga team from atop the WCC, but again, if I were Dave Rose I would certainly encourage my players to shoot for that prize.
