To date he peaked as a sophomore and in playing half of a season last year it was clear his numbers had slid quite a bit (production wise) from the previous year. He's a good game manager who makes smart decisions and doesn't turn the ball over and that's always nice to have as a QB but he hasn't shown the ability to "win" games for you either.
