I don't watch very much baseball. I follow the story lines and I'll usually watch some of the World Series... But not enough to have a good pulse on how often this happens.

All I'll say is that this scenario should be accounted for in the Take Me Out to the Ball game song (maybe a catchy second verse?). I was lead to believe that it was "one, two, three strikes you're out..."
