First things first, I want to see him become a lock down defender

More than anything, if Frank simply uses the strength and athleticism he's been blessed with and focuses on the defensive end, he will see the floor plenty this season. Rose has got to be so sick of guys getting to the rim easily and wide open shooters all over the floor, that he would take an offensively challenged player if they are shining on the defensive end.
