other interests, they are not just studying . I am currently a student and occasionally am in the libraries on Saturdays and there are never very many people there on days when there isn't a football game. I also always buy an all sports pass. Most of the roommates I have had that were not already my friends(probably 7-8), have been hard core gamers who stay up till 4 am (sometimes later) playing video games. Some of them frequently missed churched because of it, others were late to work because of it, and all of them filled the apartment with empty Mountain Dew cans and Little Ceasars Pizza boxes. I just finished the Junior Core of the accounting program and would say that many of its students are among the most studious at BYU yet, sports are frequently talked about by those in the core and some of the most studious not only found time to go all Football and Basketball games but also camped out for many of them. I can think of one student in particular who did all this while working 20 hrs/ week. Going to games is a matter of priorities, even if studying is your first priority, you are bound to take a study break and whether or not someone goes to the game depends on what their priorities after studying are.
