while in a city, state, etc. then you are liable for taxes for that city, state, etc.

Often times at the end of each year I have to file taxes in multiple states because I travel there for work and technically work in those areas for days at a time.

I imagine the tax burden is much higher for those earning $100Ks + for playing a game in the area.
