as it is having to deal with temple covenants. Those in the Church having been through temple are held to higher standards than non-lds and lds. That's how it is at BYU and in entire Church. I believe admin (for the most part) still recognizes RM's are still young and work with the students, but they are held to higher standard, as they should as we know from temple covenants.
