If we dispatch Texas, there is a fairly good chance they aren't very good again this year. We'll see. They're #23 pre-season in the coach's poll, which means that after they play North Texas, if we beat them, they're out of the top 25.

I think our schedule will be tough to justify being considered for much of anything unless we get some more ranked teams on it.

That said, I very much look forward to the season and seeing what Mendenhall and Anae and the team can do. Perhaps this season is the precursor...perfect season or 1 loss to set up a very strong showing next year.
