Peoples is essentially a free agent at this point having been released by BYU. So he can sign anywhere I believe and as such coaches from different schools are able to call you and recruit you. (what limits I dont know)

So I wonder if ISU coach Kramer calling him isn't recruiting and once signed and officially on the team if that isn't going to evolve into the usual type relationship of coach and player which is surely not a daily call.
