A lot of cord cutters claim happiness in doing so, I went without for 2 years
and then decided to get Dish again. This was one of the best decisions of my life! First it takes the hassle out of trying to live stream sports events from crappy streams. It's nice to be able to just turn on the TV and casually watch a show or sports center, and don't even get me started on DVR!

My argument for those cutting the cord, Dish is averaging 50$ per month over 2 years for me. That's equivalent to going out to dinner one time with the wife at a middle of the line restaurant.

Is 50$ a month really worth it to you guys to live without the conveniences of TV (stated above)?
