I'm simply arguing against your suggestion that "establishing our country's agricultural economy and infrastructure was directly attributable to Muslims."
Like I said, that's a stretch, and a pretty ridiculous one. Sure, Muslim slaves were a part of it, but that's about the most you can claim.
