In any reasonable mind, it's participating in the political process. Last time I checked, the LDS church doesn't make up 53% of California...but it would seem 53% of California is bigots. They voted for it. The LDS church held a position on the issue. They encoraged members to participate in the political process. The proposition was passed. Political process worked. It was later overturned by the courts. Again, checks and balances.

There are no villains here except for the ones people like you create. You create some horrible bogeyman of one particular community that believed in tradtional marriage. Shame on you. You need a dose or reality...and a dose of humility...and a dose of chill the heck out.

The Alinsky force runs strong in you. And you should be ashamed of it.
