I can't stand dealing with the employees at the Apple store. I've dealt with
them in several different states and they're some of the biggest jerks I've encountered.

At one time my Apple ID was not an email address and it was legit. I told the employee that and he laughed in my face and said that it was impossible. "Every Apple ID HAS to be an email address," he said. Well, he plugged in the ID that I told him was my Apple ID and he was in shock saying that he'd never seen that before. (I have since changed it to an email address because it caused too many headaches.)

Another time, I set an appointment to take my wife's iPad to an Apple Store to have it looked at because the microphone seemed to not be working. I explained to the young man that I was pretty sure the microphone was broken. Before he even touched the device he said that it was probably just user error and would be an easy fix most likely. He couldn't figure it out and then he took it in the back to try and record something. Sure enough. The microphone was broken and it wasn't under warranty any longer. I asked him if there was maybe a small device that would plug into the audio jack that would be a microphone substitute or something. He said he knew of nothing and tried to sell me a brand new iPad mini. I later found a microphone replacement online for very cheap that plugs into the device.

When I went with my wife to buy an iPad, it took forever to get someone to help us.

I've also been on the phone with Apple Care for support and they were less than friendly.

These were all different Apple Stores in different states. I hate going in there because of the attitude of Apple's employees.
