or if one of my kids is critically hurt...when I call immediately back she does not answer because she has left her phone to attend to whatever emergency is taking place...when she finally does call me back it is..."sorry, such and such kid spilled their drink at the table and they were crying" So I am in full panic because the tone that she uses is that someone is holding her at gun point... All because of spilled milk...
