Round 1 will be hosted at the schools to add a home field for teams 1-4 and also make it more fan accessible that game. Next rounds do the bowl rotation like they are now doing. So will be easy to implement.

They'll have the logistics down by then, and ESPN or Fox will be better able to put in a massive bid for those extra games. With concussion and likeness rulings, the extra revenues can pay for those types of things. The schools/NCAA need the money.
