I'm not a fan of the honor code but what you are suggesting is one of the few way possible to make it worse than it currently is. Selectively enforcing the honor code based on one's religion or background or any other reason is an absolutely terrible idea.

Now, if you want to argue that drinking alcohol shouldn't be against the honor code that is a different discussion but maybe we should start with getting Coke in LES before moving on to beer.
