Phillips, Ringwood and Lyons haven't impressed much so far. I am sure Phillips will play better and I think they should stick with giving her minutes, but not sure about the rest. I think they should maybe wait on Ringwood and Lyons and play other players for now.

My biggest complaint is with Sarah Chambers and Miranda Bailey. They need to play better. Rachel Bingham should start over Chambers easily. Also, Ella Johnson looks slow. Obviously we aren't scoring goals and that is a problem, but we are also getting pushed around a ton and giving up possession out of the backfield.

We have a lot of small, fast, skilled players, but we lack size and strength on the ball. Colohan would transform this team from mediocre play into awesomeness. Just missing that one ingredient in the middle. We have good attackers (please let Hatch be okay).

The team isn't bad (or even really mediocre), but they need to figure some things out.
