Makes me wonder if the concert promoters think that working people need time to get home, get ready and grab some dinner before heading for the venue. I'm an unemployed night owl, so it doesn't bother me, but yeah, after fighting your way out of the arena, walking to your parking location and then driving home (in my case, to Provo) it made for a pretty long night.

Joe is a recovering alcoholic. On a recent 60 Minutes: Australia interview, he talks openly about his decades-long addiction to booze and how he finally went cold turkey and turned to God for help. He even wrote a song about it - One Day At A Time - which he rolled out on the 2005 Eagles: Live In Melbourne concert DVD. I don't know if he was stoned tonight or is just a semi-permanent burn-out like Brian Wilson (LSD) is, and fortunate to still be functional. Still is an awesome axeman and wails on that Strat.
