I love the fact that we are spoiled enough to worry about drawing "only" 57k for a Thursday night, nationally-televised game against an AAC opponent. Sure, in years past, that would have sold out. Still, it's a solid number. Dip in attendance for those Thursday night games is to be expected given the number of fans that like to bring their entire family, kids and all. Many weren't willing to keep kids out late on a school night, especially since the game was televised on ESPN. Part of the price for such great TV coverage.
