BYU will shrink the number of seats to ~60k long before they ever increase.

Ticket sales are down across all spectator sports as more and more folks prefer to watch the games on TV. The trend is to sell fewer seats but charge more for them, and in turn offer a better experience (leg room, seat backs, pre/post-game activities, etc).
