and any BYU admin or Provo permitting folks buying that complaint are IDIOTS (and having lived further east on Stadium Ave for two years, I can testify that this is true for the most vocal of the complainants along Stadium Ave).....The angle of the sun in winter is already so low that existing stands block the sunlight on the street during the snowy months. The home directly north of the stadium, that could've had the most legitimate complaint, was already bought by BYU and demolished to make way for a vacant lot.
