Anae needs to call the plays that the best players know the best

It's not just a matter of telling guys to learn all of the offense, and then those who know it the best get to play. You have to call the plays that guys can run, too. If there are 10-20* plays that Blackmon knows, put him in the game and run those plays; don't keep him off the field because he doesn't know the other 30* as well as the guy ahead of him.

*all numbers hypothetical
