So five years from now you want to be playing a team that was ranked...five
years ago. The whole point of the OP was "if you could play a team every year...." They've been middling at best. So what would be the draw of playing a team in Kansas every year?
Recruiting? No.
Rivalry? No.
Texas A&M, Texas, Oklahoma would all better choices if you wanted a "good" Big 12 team. You disagree?
