Last Thursday I went to downtown Provo for lunch, partly hoping to see and interact (in a friendly way) with any Houston fans staying at the Marriott who might be lunching at some of the Center Street places. I was really disappointed to find that my GF and I were the ONLY ones wearing BYU gear. With the home opener kickoff only 6-7 hours away !!!

Toss out those who work downtown, including hundreds at NuSkin, who *might* be Utah/USU fans who work in Provo, and I think it's pretty sad. Gear the Yewt UP, folks. Most companies allow for wearing college or NFL gear on Fridays, and I'm sure Thursday wouldn't have been a problem. Adults who don't gear-up for WHATEVER team at the end of the week are just as bad in my book as the BYU students who show-up at LES with their Skittles look of Hollister/Abercrombie/Gap junk on.
