Why do I have to believe Blackmon would have done at least as well? Is that a law or something?

I have no idea why he's not returning punts more often. But the sample size we have provides nominal evidence that perhaps he's not better just because he's got a better tan. Considering neither you, nor I have been in all the practices, we have the sample we have. The only concrete evidence suggests perhaps the coaches actually do have a clue...
