Payson rivals Spanish Fork for the most beautiful backdrop along the Wasatch
Front. I wish the city would match the scenery. You are right about the problems with past city council members and mayors. I can't believe the amount of business that Payson turned away. They money that they have dumped into Main Street and the golf course is sickening. If they want Main Street to succeed, they should have put the movie theater there instead of having the complex built in such a bizarre area. Personally, I like the idea of selling off the golf course and putting in really nice homes.

I hope David Tuckett can make the necessary changes and get the city council to sign off on the necessary changes. Payson should be thriving just like Spanish Fork. I would love to stay in Payson if they were committed to fixing the city, laying off dozens of full-time employees that are working seasonal positions and putting in curb, gutter and sidewalk in the entire city.

I love my good sized house on an amazing lot. I don't like how run down some of the homes are on the north end of town. I wish Payson had an incentive program for those who would buy those houses and tear them down or remodel them. Many of those houses sit on .40 acres or bigger.
