They have playmakers on offense that just haven't made plays yet due to ineptitude at the QB position and coaching. No doubt their offense is going to have a tough time scoring on us, but it isn't for lack of talented skill positions on that side of the ball.
Their defense last year was in the top 15 in many categories, especially passing D, and they return 9 starters including their entire secondary. They add to that 2 of the Top 10 recruits in the nation this year. They already have 12 sacks and 13 turnovers in 3 games this season. Doing that with the schedule they have faced is impressive.
Now, even a spectacular defense could have difficulty with BYU's offensive scheme when Taysom is throwing well. There will be a lot of pressure on the offense, and OL in particular, to perform well against the best defense we'll see all year.
