I thought so, too. But, when you take a harder look at the actual statistics...
(instead of just the scary turnover margin) they don't look quite as hot. While we laud UVA's defense, we forget that our own D has played nearly lights out. According to NCAA.com, Virginia is ranked #40 in total defense, while BYU's defense is ranked #24. UVA's defense is giving up more yards per game, more overall yardage, more yards per play, and more touchdowns than BYU's defense.

Virginia's offense is ranked #106, while BYU's offense is ranked #40. Provided BYU takes care of the ball and plays reasonably well on offense, I just don't see UVA winning this game. There are very good reasons that Vegas has us winning by more than two TD's. If Taysom has a good day throwing the ball, and the Oline can hold their own, I think there's a chance we win this game comfortably.

That said, UVA is dangerous because they have some very good individual players. I'd be far more concerned if this game were being played Charlottesville, but, it's not. I think the travel, the elevation, and the BYU defense will combine to make it very difficult for UVA to win tomorrow.
