I am the oldest, my dad pushed me hard, didnt let me quit. I kept at it and got really good, there are times I'm sure I would have quit if it was up to my 12 year old self but I wasn't allowed to and I'm very grateful I didn't. I have 2 younger brothers, they are both taller than me, more athletic than me, a lot more potential than I ever had but they were both able to come and go as they pleased so they never stuck with anything. I think it has been a detriment to them in their lives.
