He's not concerned w/ the penalties during the play but the ones before and after. This team is one spot away from dead last in team penalties nation wide. I think this team is really good but think how much easier it'd be without all the self inflicted adversity. Bronco will fix this and we're going to start beating teams like we did in the 80's and Hill's stats will be excellent.
