saying Tebow is a bad passer is ignorant at best.

He was fantastic in college. Above 65 percent. Over 9 ypa. Very few interceptions. He had one of the 3 highest qb efficiency ratings in college football. I don't get why people stick with the delusion that he was a bad passer.

It didn't translate to the NFL as it doesnt for the vast majority of college qbs.
