There's no question - in my mind - that Hill has better arm strength, is more agile and faster than Tebow, and that he has similar toughness and judgment on the field, but it's hard to compare him to Tebow, who played with generally better talent around him (and, in his defense, playing against him on a weekly basis).

I'd say Hill and Tebow are similar players and character people, and I think both of them should feel like the comparison is a compliment.
