Rewatched the Houston and Virginia games and looked at every pass Hill attempted
I was trying to decide if Hill is an accurate or inaccurate qb.
I divided the passes into short (<10 yds) and long (>10 yds) and good (placed well) or bad (high, behind, short, in front).

Houston game:
22 short passes total- 21 good, 1 bad
14 long passes total - 7 good, 7 bad
The bad passes consisted of 5 high, 1 short, and 2 behind

Virginia game: (does not include last 4 minutes of game)
10 short passes- 8 good, 2 bad
11 long passes- 6 good, 5 bad
The bad passes consisted of 2 high, 2 short, 3 behind.

A good pass doesn't mean it was caught, it just means it was a well placed catchable ball.
In the short passing game Taysom has been amazing...hitting players in stride and getting us YAC.
In the long passing game (over 10 yds) it seems that he is only giving our receivers a 50/50 chance of making a play.
Hill is much improved over last year and I think he only gets better. It should be a fun ride.
FYI: I didn't include throw away balls and tipped passes.
