The remaining 28 games were from 04-09. As you can see, the older games weren't exactly a random sample with five of fourteen being high scoring shootouts and only two games where the winner scored less than 24 points. More recent numbers using all games from all D1A teams would be preferable, but I don't have access to those numbers. But most passes were not, in fact, from Heisman candidates.
